Heating a house well and cooling it well are the same problem seen from two directions, so it made sense for us to offer air conditioning alongside the fires. We now provide a full range of services, from scheduled maintenance through to the installation of an entire new system.
We work across the Medway towns, Maidstone and Gravesend, in houses, offices, salons, shops and holiday lets. Systems are quoted on the room, its glazing and its use, in the same way we size a stove, so you are not paying for capacity you will never call on.
Servicing is worth booking before the first warm spell rather than during it. A clean filter and a charged system use markedly less electricity than a neglected one, and most faults we are called to could have been caught at a routine visit.

We are a family run showroom and installation team based at the oast in Burham, Kent. Over sixty stoves are on display, five of them lit on the days we are open, and every installation is carried out by our own fitters from the first survey through to the certificate and the first sweep.
