What we collect
When you use an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number where you give one, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message field.
When you sign up to the newsletter we collect your name, your email address and whether you are enquiring as an individual or on behalf of a business.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quotation and carry out any work you go on to order.
We use newsletter details only to send occasional updates about stoves, offers and showroom events. Every email includes a one click unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where it is needed to deliver your order, for example with a stove manufacturer arranging a delivery, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for two years. Records relating to completed installations are kept for seven years so we can support any warranty or safety query.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above or email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
